Set opposite St Anthony’s Church in Siolim, HOSA which means ‘new’ in Kannada, explores the flavours of South India beyond the familiar and features a creative and energetic bar.

The setting is charming by day and lively at night. The design is in turn both quaint and contemporary, while respecting the uniquely Goan setting. The restaurant seats 100 people including 25 in the Patio.

The HOSA menu goes way beyond the familiar. Dosas and appams are accompaniments to dishes like the Guntur Crab Fry and rich ghee roasts of jackfruit or goat. Small plates like Pulimunchi Wings and Gunpowder Kid Corn pair well with tropical-inspired cocktails. Trumpet Mushroom Pongal and the Curry Leaf Cured Snapper are other highlights. Cocktails feature classic, tiki, and modern interpretations. An extensive wine list complements the food menu further.
