OUR STORY
Located at The Loft, RMZ Nexity, HOSA Hyderabad is the brand’s newest outpost, with an 86-seat restaurant that takes HOSA’s exploration of South Indian cuisine into new territory. The Hyderabad menu introduces a number of dishes inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Andhra and Telangana, alongside HOSA signatures.
New creations include Jackfruit Igguru, Aubergine Steak, Okra Butter Bean Curry, Paper Fish Curry with Pulusu, Rayalaseema Brain Fry and Garelu Chicken Curry, alongside indulgent desserts such as Kapi Tres Leches. These sit alongside favourites including Shimeji Mushroom Varuval and Kari Dosa with Bone Marrow Hollandaise.
The interiors reinterpret the character of a South Indian planter’s bungalow through natural wood, mosaic flooring, soft off-whites, bronze and green accents, creating a relaxed, contemporary setting.
A first for HOSA, Hyderabad also features a dedicated HOSA Filter Coffee Club stand outside the restaurant. Running from 3:30–6:30 pm, it serves filter kaapi, creative coffee variations and nostalgic South Indian bites — designed as a place to pause, linger and connect.
